missingWrote a review on Nov 15
Excellent facilities highlight this upscale hotel, including well-appointed executive rooms featuring both soaking tubs and walk-in showers. The location provides easy access to local attractions, making it a suitable base for exploring.
Temperature control in the room posed a challenge. It felt uncomfortably chilly, requiring the heater to run for an extended period just to reach a manageable level. The restaurant experience was lackluster, with poorly cooked food that detracted from the otherwise nice dining space. The TV placement made viewing awkward, forcing me to sit at an uncomfortable angle. A slight misstep with the check-in process added an unnecessary layer of stress.

We stayed at this fabulous hotel for my husband's 40th birthday. The staff were warm and helpful. The proximity to the theatre was perfect. We enjoyed a show right next door, which made our evening extra special.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve by providing more kid-friendly amenities or activities. It would have made our stay even better.

I recently enjoyed a short stay with my family, and the room was super cozy with lovely little touches. We loved relaxing at the rooftop terrace and the spa was a perfect way to unwind after our day. Just a heads up, the lifts could be a bit noisy, but overall, it was a fab experience! 😊

The breakfast spread was a right treat, with cold buffet dishes that tickled the taste buds! Topped off with a delicious full Irish that'll make your heart sing. The staff were also a charm, always keen to help and keep the vibe lively.
The noise from the dining area crept into our second-floor sanctuary, making sleep a bit tricky. Plus, a tricky air conditioning system had us feeling a bit hot under the collar.

This was a fitting option for a brief visit in Belfast, with good value for money. The bar area had live music on Saturday evening, which was a nice touch to relax after a busy day. Make sure to get there early if you want a seat in the bar.
