The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view from the window. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions in the area.
The food was served lukewarm, toast was cold, and the coffee was not up to standard. I had to return my breakfast and ended up going to a neighboring hotel for a much better and cheaper breakfast experience.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic - we got a great deal for dinner and the food and wine included were top-notch. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a charming old-fashioned feel to it, which was just what I wanted. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my birthday trip extra special with a sweet surprise. The location was also very convenient for exploring the city and visiting the Ulster Museum.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement in terms of variety and options available.

Central location - close to the Opera House, City Hall, and shopping areas. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and provided a friendly welcome. The room on the 7th floor was gorgeous, with a comfortable bed and soft pillows.
The breakfast service was slow and the quality of the food was not up to par, especially for a 5-star hotel. The staff seemed overwhelmed and I had to search for cutlery myself.

The hotel is located right in the center, making it convenient for catching express to the international airport. It is also situated right next door to the opera house and just a short walk away from the theatre. The rooms are well-decorated, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The bathrooms are luxurious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of hot and cold options available. Additionally, the hotel has a nice bar and comfortable lounge area.
One small issue was the service, as the bar staff seemed rushed and there were a couple of service issues experienced by some guests.

During my recent stay at the Fitzwilliam Hotel, I was amazed by the attention to detail and excellent service provided. The staff, especially Nathan the concierge, were incredibly attentive and seemed to anticipate my needs before I even asked. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near various attractions in the city center. Despite a small issue with temperature control in the room, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic experience and look forward to returning in the future.

Had a great time on my city break! Loved the complementary chocolates in the room and the friendly staff who gave us all the information we needed to get around. The hotel's location was amazing, right in the heart of the city. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a definite advantage.
Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the breakfast was really busy and we had to wait for a table, which wasn't ideal.
